Instructions for enabling JavaScript: MAC - Netscape

  1. Click on the Edit pull-down menu on the top of the screen and select Preferences.

  2. At the Preferences panel or console, click on Advanced on the lower left section of the panel. Then on the top right section of the panel:

    • Check Enable on the check box

    • Check Enable Javascript and then Enable JavaScript for Mail and News below it on the check box.

  3. Click OK and you are all set.

  4. If this instructions window is still open, close it and click the Refresh button on your browser toolbar.
    JavaScript should now be enabled. You will need to re-enter the My Service Tracker website in the Address bar of your browser.
